The History

I started in operations, managing complex service workflows for print publications and newspaper operations. This gave me a practical foundation in user research and a real understanding of how people interact with digital products under pressure.

The Foundation

I formalized my path at Full Sail University, graduating as Valedictorian with a B.S. in UX. I focused on technical rigor, usability testing, and validated research.

The Accelerator

I use Generative AI as a daily design catalyst. By evaluating hundreds of model outputs, I’ve learned to prompt for precision and build AI efficiency into a production-ready workflow.

Currently, I partner with founders and small businesses to assist them with their specific needs. Freelancing has taught me how to remain flexible, using different tools for different jobs to ensure high-quality delivery.
